Food temperature itself is critical, and the temperature in which food is stored is just as important.
Knowing what temperature your equipment is operating at is vital towards keeping food safe and maintaining HACCP protocols. Furthermore, knowing when equipment failures occur allows you to act quickly to prevent food spoilage and thousands of dollars lost in ruined inventory.
The ITD Food Safety Remote Monitoring System accomplishes this perfectly by providing a 24/7 wireless monitoring solution for your refrigerators, coolers, and freezers. It is additional peace of mind knowing your inventory is safe, around the clock.
Protects your valuable inventory and helps protect you from liability 24/7
Eliminates administrative inefficiency and manual temperature logging
Low cost of monitoring – less than $.50 per day
Installs and works in under 15 minutes – no technical expertise necessary
Wirelessly monitors your equipment and sends status and alert text messages to up to five designated cell phones
Automatic notifications whenever temperature is out of range
Works through power outages and notifies you if power is lost
System can monitor up to 16 areas simultaneously
Automatically stores your temperature data to the ITD cloud server for review, reporting, analysis, and corrective measures
Data reporting includes logs, graphs, and spreadsheets for detailed analysis; excellent for compliance reporting
Uses the most reliable means of remote monitoring with the cellular network (with the most reliable service in Verizon)
No interruptions through loss of Wi-Fi, no intrusive wiring
Monitoring of self-contained refrigerators and freezers, walk-in/reach-in coolers, greenhouses, server room power supplies, and many other applications with temperature-sensitive needs.
Temperature Monitoring Kit
ITD Food Safety’s Temperature Monitoring Kit continuously monitors a variety of temperature-sensitive assets, such as refrigerators, freezers, coolers, and heating equipment. Temperature data is sent over a cellular network to up to five designated mobile phones, where it is received as text message alerts, and concurrently logged to a cloud server for easy online viewing and compliance reporting. These mobile alerts and cloud server data help protect your inventory,

Includes local short-range wireless capability for connection of sensors hundreds of feet away.
Mounted near the temperature-sensitive asset to be monitored, eliminating the need to run wiring.
Wirelessly transmits temperature data up to 500 feet.
Five-year battery life.
Can connect to up to four temperature sensors (requires a combiner, sold separately).
Type of connector: RJ-10.
Ultra-thin 10-foot ribbon wire.
Operating temperature: -55°C to +125°C; sensor is accurate ± 0.5°C over the range of -10°C to +85°C.
Install your control station in the location you wish to monitor.
When on, the control station automatically connects to the cellular network.
Enter the desired monitoring limits for your equipment, as well as designated mobile phone numbers.
System data automatically is logged to the ITD cloud, which is accessible from any computer, tablet, or smart phone.
Begin receiving daily status messages, or alarm messages if the system detects a temperature outside your set limits.
Remote Monitoring – Cloud Server
Temperature data is sent to the ITD cloud at regular intervals, and is immediately available for viewing. The initial view displays all of your system’s temperature sensors and a plotted graph of their activity. If a sensor detects an alarm outside of your set limits, it is displayed here. Reporting options, such as text logs, graphs, and spreadsheets are also available for viewing and download here.
Through the ITD cloud dashboard, all connected devices are displayed, allowing you to remotely view their status, as well as manage them if an issue arises.
System parameters can also be modified from the cloud, providing flexibility and customization if you aren’t near the device.
